Vape Superstore focused on personalised customer recommendations. I collaborated closely with the UX team to refine customer profiles and develop a deeper understanding of their unique relationships with vaping. From our insights, we identified key opportunities and enhancements to significantly improve the overall customer experience and support the journey from newcomer to loyalist. I led the visual design and design system to ensure a consistent, engaging interface across the product.
