Long-term partner to many local and central government clients, JBW Group specialise in the ethical enforcement and collection of debt. They required a new user-friendly online platform that could be used by local authorities to track the status of individual debts owed to them. The aim was to minimise the level of telephone support, increase business efficiency and reduce resource costs. Working closely with JBW I mapped out user journeys, developed wireframes and created the UI design.
